🔍 Weekly Reflection

This week is a lighter one due to the holiday and break days, with schools closed for part of the week. While there may be fewer meetings and activities on the calendar, these pauses are an important part of the rhythm of the school year. They give educators and staff time to recharge, reflect, and return ready to continue supporting students and programs with energy and focus.

Even during quieter weeks, the steady behind-the-scenes work continues — planning, communicating, organizing, and laying groundwork that keeps our CTE programs strong and responsive to student needs.

  🌟 CTE Weekly Highlights 🌟 👋  With winter break now behind us, we’re moving quickly toward the close of Semester 1 and continuing the important work of ensuring our students are on track to pass courses, graduate, and grow into the incredible young people they are becoming. This stretch of the year can feel heavy, so I hope you’re finding small moments to rest, recharge, and take care of yourselves as you keep showing up for kids.   🌟 CTE Weekly Highlights 🌱 Weekly Reflection The start of a new semester offers space for reflection and forward thinking. It’s a time to celebrate what worked, adjust where needed, and continue strengthening pathways that connect students to skills, credentials, and meaningful postsecondary opportunities.
