🌱 Weekly Reflection

The start of a new semester offers space for reflection and forward thinking. It’s a time to celebrate what worked, adjust where needed, and continue strengthening pathways that connect students to skills, credentials, and meaningful postsecondary opportunities.

As routines settle in and classrooms find their rhythm again, this is also an opportunity to reinforce expectations, relationships, and a shared commitment to student growth — academically, professionally, and personally.

  • PESB Standards Approval and Review Board
  • Budget conversations for 2026–2027 begin
  • Chelsea will complete mid-year audits
  • Determining capacity for large purchase requests
  • Regional CTE Directors Meeting

💙 A Note of Thanks

As we move forward into semester two, I want to extend a sincere thank you to our teachers for the incredible work you do in but also beyond the classroom. Through CTSOs, CTE clubs, and community service projects, you provide students with opportunities to grow their leadership, confidence, teamwork, and civic responsibility.

These experiences shape who our students become — not just as learners, but as leaders and community members. Your commitment to supporting that growth does not go unnoticed, and it makes a lasting impact.

Here’s to a strong start to the new semester and the continued success of our students and programs.

  🌟 CTE Weekly Highlights 🌟 👋  With winter break now behind us, we’re moving quickly toward the close of Semester 1 and continuing the important work of ensuring our students are on track to pass courses, graduate, and grow into the incredible young people they are becoming. This stretch of the year can feel heavy, so I hope you’re finding small moments to rest, recharge, and take care of yourselves as you keep showing up for kids.
