🌟 CTE Weekly Highlights

Looking Back: Fourth Day Count:  Last Tuesday marked the first official count of the school year—a key step that sets the stage for budgets. With the transition to Qmaltive, our CTE Office staff completed September reporting manually this time around. It was a busy week behind the scenes, and we truly missed being out in schools with you!

πŸ“… Coming Up This Week

πŸ”Ž Qmaltive Data Clean-Up:  While processing reports, we discovered some system errors that had us claiming incorrect data. We’ll be digging in this week to get those issues resolved.

πŸš€ Budget Prep:  Our team is working hard to finalize and load budgets, with the goal of having everything in place by the end of the first week of October.

πŸ’» E-Commerce Access:  The Business Office is diligently setting up e-commerce permissions. As soon as the system is ready, we’ll notify you and share any instructions they provide.

πŸŽ“ Graduation Pathways Document:  We’re also wrapping up the 2025–26 Graduation Pathways document. Counselors use this tool to help ensure students have access to a wide variety of pathways to graduation.

✅ Thank you for your patience as we balance reporting, budgets, and system updates—we’re excited to keep things moving forward together!
