Let the Year Begin!

 

👋 Hello CTE Team!

Welcome to the first week of school! I hope this blog finds you settling into your classrooms and getting ready for the adventure ahead. Tomorrow, your students will walk through the door, and I know they’ll be so excited to see you and begin another year of fun and learning.

Last week’s district-wide IIRP training was a great way to kick things off. The energy and participation were fantastic, and it was inspiring to learn together from the restorative practice experts.

 ✨ New Staff Orientation – Welcome to our new colleagues in OSD! It was wonderful connecting with you on Monday—we’re thrilled to have you join the CTE family.

🚀 First Day of School – Wednesday!  Wishing you an amazing first day with your students. This is your chance to set the tone for your classroom and create the kind of learning environment that inspires you and your students all year long.

💡 Final Note: Have a fantastic week—we’re looking forward to an exciting year together in CTE at OSD. Let’s make it our best one yet! 🎉

  🌟 CTE Weekly Highlights 🌟 👋  With winter break now behind us, we’re moving quickly toward the close of Semester 1 and continuing the important work of ensuring our students are on track to pass courses, graduate, and grow into the incredible young people they are becoming. This stretch of the year can feel heavy, so I hope you’re finding small moments to rest, recharge, and take care of yourselves as you keep showing up for kids.
