Credit Card Collection

Hello CTE Team,

I hope you all had a restful long weekend! That extra day on Friday created a welcome four-day weekend. I was fortunate to get to see some family, and the weather was just my kind of perfect. I hope everyone was able to take a moment to honor the fallen heroes in their own lives.

🔹 Highlights from Last Week

📝 CTE End of Year Report:   Paula completed all required sections of the CTE End of Year Report for Perkins Accountability and the OSD Board.   ➡️ Friendly reminder: Every high school CTE teacher must complete the IRC, WBL, and DC spreadsheet as part of the end-of-year reporting process. Thank you in advance for your collaboration!

🔹 Looking Ahead: This Week’s Events

📝 CLNA:  The CTE Office, in partnership with surrounding districts, will begin updating the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA)—a critical step for maintaining Perkins funding. We anticipate Perkins will be our only grant funding source for the 2025–2026 school year.

🚗 School Visits:  Wednesday, May 28: Paula will be out of district to support Agriculture Teacher PLC planning.  Thursday, May 29: Paula will partner with a teacher and support YouScience IRC testing at CHS.

💳 Credit Card Collection:   On Friday, May 30, Chelsea and Paula will be in the buildings collecting any CTE Credit Cards that haven’t been returned yet.  ➡️ Primary cardholders: Please have your card ready for pickup. If you won’t be in the building, leave the card with a CTE colleague or your building head secretary and notify the CTE Office of its location.

Thank you for all the energy and passion you continue to bring to CTE. Keep up the great work as we head toward another well-earned weekend!
