Hello Team CTE,

With just two weeks until Spring Break, we’re in the home stretch! I know this early spring push can feel long, but brighter days are ahead.

Looking Ahead: Four-Year Plans

The final task for CTE teachers this year is completing your Four-Year Plan. To support you, we will host CTE meetings on both the East and West Sides, where we will provide guidance and answer any questions.

Every CTE teacher should have an individual Four-Year Plan or collaborate with peers to develop a shared vision for their program. OSPI provides a template and additional resources, which you can find here:  πŸ”— CTE Resources & Essentials

Conditional Certificate Renewals

If you are renewing a Conditional Certificate, please review the February 24 blog post for details. Before submitting, ensure you have:
Documented 50 clock hours in EDS
Completed your CTE Professional Training Plan

For any questions, join our Certification Q&A Zoom sessions:
πŸ“… April 8, 2025 | 3:30 - 4:30 PM
πŸ“… April 9, 2025 | 7:30 - 8:30 AM

Once your plan is finalized and your clock hours are recorded, we will process your renewal request and notify you when it’s ready for finalization. Our goal is to complete all renewals by June 1.
