Welcome Back 2024.08.12

 Hello CTE Staffers -

Welcome back to the 2024-2025 school year! I hope this note finds you all well and that you had some time to rest and recharge during the summer months. I know getting back into the swing of things can be a little difficult, so I'll keep today's note short and sweet.

In the coming days, we will publish the Business Procedures documents for 2024-2025. There have been a few changes in the following areas:
  • Travel will continue to be limited to student travel only.
  • You can pay for 1 PD Registration. If you are working toward your initial certification it needs to be for your Plan 2 courses. If you already hold an Initial or Continuing certificate, you may choose the PD that will most support your work.
  • Take note, all transportation should include YOUR name and the Generic CTE budget code.  Please see the Checklist created by your peer and the Business Procedures.
  • If your Purchasing Card expired in June 2024, please connect with the CTE Office to obtain a new one.  If it did not expire, you may begin spending for the 2024-2025 School Year.
  • Budgets will loaded once we have final numbers for FTE in your classes after September count day.
